Insights into pricing as part of any commercial strategy and net revenue management
Once again, Frédéric Jean, Head of Business Planning Europe, India, Middle East, Africa Consumer Adhesives, paid us a visit at our B2C Price Management lecture on September 19, 2024.
In addition to basic theory, his 90-minute presentation covered topics such as price sensitivity with many practical examples, which not only illustrated his guest contribution, but also made the lecture application-oriented and interactive. One key insight was, for example, that value pricing is the best pricing methodology.
