Our admissions process remains the same and our upcoming deadlines will also remain the same. Please see further questions relating to testing requirements.

We conduct most interviews digitally via Teams. We are well versed in conducting our interviews digitally, and candidates can sign up for an interview that suits their schedule. Local candidates can also come to campus for an in-person interview. In these cases, we comply with the current 3-G rules in place in Düsseldorf. This means candidates need to provide proof of one of the following:

  • Immunization certificate
  • Recovery certificate
  • Test Certificate, not older than 24-hours

For more information please visit our admissions pages for Full-Time and Part-Time.

The upcoming deadlines for our September 2022 Full-Time and Part-Time Programs are:

  • International candidates requiring a visa: May 31, 2022
  • Final deadline: July 15, 2022

Start your application today

In order to benefit from our upcoming Early Bird deadlines, candidates must present their GMAT/GRE and English proficiency test results. If this is not possible, the candidate must present proof of test cancellation or inability to sit the online exam.

We also accept the TOEFL Online Exam and IELTS Indicator Exam (online offering).

Candidates applying without their test results will receive feedback to their application on a case-by-case basis. We encourage all applicants to consider the available online test formats.

Please contact us should you have further questions.

If we cannot meet you in person, we would love to meet you virtually to discuss your MBA plans and answer any questions you might have! We will be regularly hosting virtual Coffee Chats and a variety of Virtual Information Sessions and Class Visits, so please check our website for more information about our upcoming events:

If there are travel restrictions in place in August 2022, or you have not received your entry visa at this time, we will remain in close contact with all affected students to arrange to starting the program digitally and arriving in Dusseldorf as soon as possible.

Starting May 1, 2022, the WHU MBA program is returning fully to Campus Dusseldorf.

In the winter of 2021 - 2022, we successfully ran two pilot projects allowing our students to experience the international modules in new locations. These modules provide our students with the valuable international experience WHU is known to deliver in the MBA program. In November 2021, our students visited Lisbon, Portugal and in February 2022, they visited Dubai, UAE. To find out more, check out our news section.

However, we plan to continue offering our original integrated international modules in China, India, and the US once the situation allows.
