Supporting our students in learning the German language is also essential for us at WHU to ensure integration and ideal employability in Germany. That's why we offer free German language classes throughout the program. These are integrated into the curriculum every week: you will have half a day each week to focus on learning German.

Our collaboration with the Goethe Institute allows our students a one-, two, or three-month pre-MBA German language course. WHU covers up to 550 € per course. Usually, these would be taken before you start the MBA journey with us.

Finalize your MBA with a research paper, business plan, or internship project. The duration is 17 weeks, and the project can be completed individually or as a small group.

Future Leaders Fundraising Challenge

Social responsibility in action. The Future Leaders Fundraising Challenge (FLFC) is a one-week leadership course at the outset of WHU's MBA Program. By teaching leadership through experience, students discover a lasting sense of social responsibility beyond their organizations. Expect the unexpected with a different challenge every day. All funds raised through the challenge are donated to children's rights organizations.

What our alumni and faculty say

Maximiliane (Maxi) Heidenblut
MBA Alumna
"Joining the Full-Time MBA was a big risk for me. I quit my job, and of course, when you do that, you lose the safety of regular income. But I wanted to immerse myself in the experience and explore other career paths. I found the focus on leadership skills attractive and wanted to develop my soft skills."
WHU_MBA_Yuval_Kalish
Professor Dr. Yuval Kalish
Academic Director Full-Time & Part-Time MBA / Chair of Leadership, Networks, and Organizations
WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management
"A thought-provoking, experiential course that equips you with the tools and mindset needed to master challenges and change the future of your business."
Jessica Tan
MBA Alumna
"I gained so much from the Full-Time MBA program, not just knowledge but also soft skills and a vast network. We got to know almost 30 different nationalities in our class, tackled cultural challenges, and used that diversity to our advantage. It’s unique to WHU and representative of our globalized world. The class sizes are small, which makes it feel like a community: never have I had professors who knew their students by their first names! It checked all the boxes for my expectations, especially for networking, cross-cultural learning, and life-changing experiences."
