The Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Koblenz awarded the WHU alumnus Daniel Davydov the IHK University Prize of Economics 2019 on April 9.
Davydov received the award for his bachelor thesis on "Internationalization Strategy and Location Analysis for an SME." The WHU alumnus wrote his thesis at the IHK - Chair of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and was supervised by Professor Dr. Christina Günther and Yulia Litvinova.
The IHK Koblenz has also awarded the WHU alumnus Laurenz Maximilian Schwarzlose with a praising recognition at the IHK University Prize of Economics 2019. Schwarzlose received the award for his master thesis entitled "The Matching and Integration Process of Refugees: An Analysis by the Example of Northern Rhineland-Palatinate." Professor Dr. Günther accepted the award on behalf of the WHU alumnus.
The Koblenz Chamber of Industry and Commerce's University Award annually honors the best theses written at universities in the Koblenz Chamber of Commerce and Industry's district in cooperation with companies from the region. In addition to academic standards, the focus is on the practical relevance of the theses.
