The MBA program at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management has repeatedly been ranked first among German universities in the recently published Financial Times MBA Ranking. In a European comparison, WHU is among the top 15, worldwide it improved by seven places and is now ranked 64th.
"With its lived diversity, excellent research and teaching, and a unique network, WHU has continuously expanded its lead over other German universities in recent years and established itself among the top MBA programs in the world", explains Professor Dr. Markus Rudolf, Dean of WHU. "WHU does not even have to shy away from comparison with the traditional Ivy Schools".
Among other things, the WHU MBA program achieves outstanding results in terms of its internationality. In the category "International Mobility", which measures how international graduates continue their career after completing their studies, WHU is ranked 20th worldwide. In the category "International Course Experience", which evaluates how international the experience of students during their studies is, WHU is ranked 3rd worldwide. This places WHU well ahead of the renowned US elite universities such as Stanford, Columbia, and Yale.
The Financial Times Ranking also shows that students are very satisfied with their studies. In the category "Aims Achieved", which reflects the extent to which students have achieved their set goals and their reasons for doing an MBA after completing their studies, WHU is ranked 17th worldwide. WHU also achieved a very good ranking in the category "Corporate Social Responsibility", which measures the proportion of lessons that deal with sustainability issues, such as ethical and social problems, as well as environmental issues: WHU is ranked 24th worldwide in this category. Throughout Germany, WHU is not only a pioneer in the overall ranking but also takes first place in the categories "Career Progress" and "Career Service".
The Financial Times MBA Ranking annually assesses the 100 best MBA programs in the world. The ranking is composed of several categories, including student satisfaction, but also factors such as career and salary development after graduation and the diversity of students and faculty.
