Sales & Recruiting Manager (f/m/d)

located at WHU Campus Vallendar, with a starting date as soon as possible.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase effective outreach to prospective students and take overall responsibility for sales and relationship management.
  • Represent Kellogg-WHU at internal and external recruiting events.
  • Oversee development of all printed marketing materials and recruitment publications and provide content for all marketing materials (brochures, print, videos, etc).
  • Work closely with the WHU Online Marketing Team to design the website and to support in developing ideas for new lead campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales initiatives and activities.

Job Qualifications

  • Relevant educational background, preferably an academic degree.
  • Relevant work experience in the field of marketing and sales, preferably at a higher education organization.
  • Strong personal and written communication skills, strong English language skills, and (basic) German language skills.
  • Proficiency with MS office and with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and accurately.
