On November 11, Thomas Oberste-Schemmann, Director Global CRM Analytics, and Christian Koldehoff, Teamlead CRM Analytics at Douglas GmbH, jointly presented "Data to Insights to Action - Customer intelligence in a retail business" as part of the current MSc course "Actionable Customer Analytics".
In addition to Customer clustering, Artifical Intelligence, A/B-Testing and Personalization, the two practical experts presented use cases from Douglas' own Data-driven Omnichannel Business. They inspired all participants and encouraged the transfer from theoretical analytics to practical application.
