JSM has been publishing articles and studies in the field of service marketing for over 30 years. The articles are not only relevant for students but also for marketing experts. Thus, the journal emphasizes their appreciation for the reviewers' work. In doing so JSM sets certain criteria for the reviewers: The contributions have to be convincing in regards to quality and quantity. They also have to be distinguished by timeliness and relevance.
Professor Dr. Tillmann Wagner has been the Chairholder of Services Marketing at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management since 2010. His main research interests are Frontline Marketing, Relationship Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility in Services.
