Our Master in Management (MiM) Program is designed to prepare you for a wide range of career options across multiple industries, by allowing you to tailor your curriculum to your interests and career goals.

MiM at a glance –
A quick overview of our program.

The Master in Management is a full-time, English-taught degree program, targeting business bachelor graduates. The 21-months program is awarded with 120 credits and includes an internship as well as a semester abroad at one of our partner universities. For this program we seek candidates with a maximum of about 2 years of post-graduate working experience.

Some of the core electives may also be chosen as an elective.

The MiM Program also includes a semester abroad at one of WHU's 200 partner universities worldwide. During the semester abroad, you will gain a global perspective and immerse yourself in another culture.

Having completed your first two semesters at WHU, you will gain valuable work experience through an internship in Germany or abroad. The Career Center supports you in finding an internship position via a broad range of activities such as individual career counseling, workshops, and company presentations.

The master thesis concludes your studies, providing you the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge you have gained throughout the course of the Master Program. While writing your thesis, you will be supervised by a WHU faculty member. You may also write your thesis in collaboration with a company.

In addition to participating in a rigorous academic curriculum, you will also have the opportunity to take part in various student-, program-, and career center-organized events, conferences and incubators, such as IdeaLab!, Career Day, Sensability, Euromasters, and many more.
