Meet and Recruit from our MBA Programs

Executives, senior managers, junior employees—including many WHU alumni—as well as HR managers visit our campus to meet and recruit WHU students. They share their insights into the corporate culture, operations, and hiring processes. Workshops and informal get-togethers following the presentations give the students a chance to connect with the company representatives and learn more about your organization as well as potential post MBA career opportunities. You also have the opportunity to invite our students to your office in order for them to experience your company culture first hand.

Every MBA student can create a profile on our student CV database. Partner companies access this database to find interesting profiles and invite students to recruiting events on and off campus, for personal interviews, or as candidates for specific job opportunities.

Our students can write their thesis project in cooperation with your company. They can help you tackle real-life challenges for your company, providing ideas, analysis, and recommendations.  

Thesis projects are typically completed within a timeframe of 3 – max. 4 months between April – June/July or from August – October/November and can be done by a single MBA student or a group of a maximum of three. 

Alumni are a key part of our tight-knit community, so we cooperate closely with the In Praxi alumni association to foster deeper relationships among companies, graduates, and current students. In Praxi has more than 6,700 members across 65-plus countries. If you are looking for experienced candidates, you can publish job offers through In Praxi’s database. In Praxi reserves the right to publish only job offers with a minimum annual salary of €70,000 and charges a commission fee if a job advertisement successfully leads to an In Praxi member’s hiring.
