Kursinhalt

Building on the Birkman Personality Profile, students will gain additional insights about their unique strength within the team context.

Students will also learn about stages of team development and team dynamics.

During an offside workshop at an outdoor location, students will put the theory into practice and grow as individuals as well as team members.
