Brain research has shown that your ability to successfully pitch something will largely depend on how you affect others. Your customers will mostly judge you and what you’re selling on the basis of impressions. You can take deliberate steps to control the impressions that you leave. If you can manage to create a desire in the customer’s mind, you are one big step closer to closing that deal.
