Course content
The course has the objective of delivering a basic skill set senior executives need to be able to deploy in order to effectively deliver on strategic strategy execution. More specifically, it aims at:
-Getting an overview on the application of self management tools in times of change
-Develop a basic understanding of specific change management tools
-Learn effective communication techniques and leadership styles
-Identify forms of resistance and how to deal with them
-Be able to apply what is learned in class in a managerial simulation play
