Learning Concept

The learning concept behind our MBA –
Getting you ready to succeed in the business world.

Our Part-Time MBA combines academic excellence with a practice-oriented learning methodology. Taught by international faculty, outstanding practitioners, and renowned business experts, the program not only offers a rigorous academic curriculum, but also challenges you to go beyond your comfort zone, e.g. by tackling real-life case challenges as part of a team. In addition, you will gain unique business insights and fresh perspectives through company visits and guest lectures from renowned business leaders and experts in the field. On top of that, you will have the opportunity to personalize your course of study to suit your personal career goals by choosing from a wide range of electives.

We focus on your personal growth and individual leadership development needs: experiential group learning activities are designed to understand group processes, to foster open discussion, and to learn to take a stand. One-on-one coaching sessions and inspiring leadership lectures help you strengthen your self-confidence, develop authenticity, and hone your individual leadership skills.

The program's intimate learning environment and the focus on group work foster skills needed to succeed in today's business world: you will learn to think quickly, critically, and solution-oriented. Our diverse student body offers you the chance to work with people from a diverse range of cultures, personalities, and from various academic and professional backgrounds. This will allow you to develop and improve your intercultural, interpersonal, and communication skills, which are essential competencies in today's globalized, fast-paced, and ever-changing business environment.

Professors who care about each individual student and small class sizes guarantee a supportive learning environment that is centered around your personal development goals.
