Our Capstone Module Abroad

Innovation and Learning in Vietnam

In collaboration with the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, our Part-Time Master in Management students completed an inspiring learning journey across Vietnam from October 12 to 18, 2025. From Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and Ho Chi Minh City, they explored the country’s business environment, deepened their understanding of cross-cultural management in practice and experienced the country’s rich cultural heritage.

Professor Christian Schlereth, who served as the academic director for this trip, explains: “International exposure and real-world business experience are core to our program. In Vietnam—a vibrant, fast-growing nation not always on people’s radar—our students gained firsthand insights into the cultural and business challenges between our nations, yielding lessons far richer than any textbook or theoretical lecture can provide.”
