The president of the United States gets 100 days to prove themselves; you get 3 days – 3 days to prepare your first 100 days in a new leadership role.
Leadership transitions – i.e., getting promoted to a new role in the same organization or onboarding for the next leadership challenge in a new company – are omnipresent with exec-utives changing their roles on average every 1.3 years. In fact, many of you will likely face your next leadership transition right after graduating from your MBA.
Despite the omnipresence of this phenomenon, people still often go through these all-important career steps with little knowledge about where to position themselves when it comes to basic leadership principles, an unclear idea of how they want to manage themselves through these times, as well as few tools to help them structure the transition process.
This is a considerable problem as first impressions matter. Others size you up, and they put a price tag on you and your leadership abilities. Let us discuss in this course how your leadership price tag becomes top notch!
