Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course Statistics II students will have a basic understanding of the tools of inferential statistics. How can we draw conclusions for a population from a sample? Students will be able to understand which tests and methods should be applied to which data problems. Furthermore, students will be aware of the limits and potential pitfalls of data analysis, in particular in terms of correlation versus causation.
