Course content
In this course, students develop their own practice projects on important topics related to current logistics or procurement challenges.
- Students will form their own teams and define their topic and the scope in the field of logistics or procurement to work on
- They will conduct a consulting project, closely working with their selected partner company OR conduct an interview-based project, working with practitioners or industry experts
- The final output of the project can take on different forms but should cover learnings and findings resulting from the project work or interviews. End products may include:
- A write up or a report summarizing the key findings
- A video production highlighting the learning experience
- A classical case format, including case-study and teaching materials
The course is limited to 24 participants.

Exam
Acquiring a partner company or interview partners. Solving a real-life business problem at thepartner company or working with interviewee data on SCM challenges.
Writing a case + teaching plan, developing a write-up, or producing a video format. Working on different group projects and providing improvement suggestions. Presenting the own final case in a gallery walk.
