Sustainable Operations Management - (E)-M
Sustainability has been recognized to play a vital role in today’s and even more so in tomorrow’s business. Sustainability encompasses the 3Ps, i.e., prosperity, planet and people. We shall study and discuss sustainability initiatives across the value chain, from sourcing materials to recycling options. The course is primarily based on case studies to illustrate current practice and to critically assess success and failures of sustainability initiatives.
