During his work as a management consultant with a leading strategy consulting firm, he has gained substantial knowledge in corporate strategy work as well as in innovation processes, working for clients from the automotive, consumer goods, energy and financial industry. Conrad holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim (Germany) and a M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). During his studies he also spent semesters abroad as a visiting student at EDHEC in Nice (France) and at Tsinghua University in Beijing (China).
