16th HCCG Advisory Board Meeting at the WHU Campus Düsseldorf

The HCCG Advisory Board, consisting of WHU professors and Henkel executives, gathered last week for its annual meeting at the WHU Campus in Düsseldorf. Prof. Dr. Martin Fassnacht, Chairman of the Advisory Board, and Carsten Knobel, CEO of Henkel, opened the event and welcomed the participants. Especially the new members of the Advisory Board were welcomed: Frank Steinert (Global Head of HR Regions), Dr. Hannes Schollenberger (Head of Group Financial Controlling) and Töre Birol (Corporate Vice President Global Customer Excellence HCB).

After a review of a successful year 2023/24, the discussions focused on shared initiatives and new approaches in the areas of “Recruiting” and “Managerial Advice”. The topic of “Research” was also the subject of lively discussion, with all participants expecting exciting cooperations.

The 16th meeting of the HCCG Advisory Board came to a rewarding conclusion with a relaxed lunch and informal discussions.
