Professor Arnd Huchzermeier receives Honorary Award from EHI-GS1

On April 13, 2025, Prof. Dr. Arnd Huchzermeier, Chair of the Production Management Department, was honored with the EHI-GS1 Honorary Award 2025 as part of the annual academic award ceremony.

Since the prize’s inception, Professor Huchzermeier has been a permanent member of the jury and has consistently supported the promotion of practice-oriented academic work. The award recognizes outstanding Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral theses, as well as successful industry collaborations by academic chairs.

Particular emphasis is placed on the fair and customer-centric collaboration between retailers and fast moving consumer goods manufacturers.
